Over the past 20 years, Beshears & Associates has completed over 500 industrial property appraisals. Since 2011, we have completed appraisals for 37 flex properties. Our expertise ranges from large, multi-tenant commerce parks and business centers to smaller single tenant facilities. We have appraised a wide variety of both owner-occupied or single investor properties to investment grade properties. We have accumulated a vast database of comparable data including sales and expenses and other valuable insights for industrial properties.

From our centrally located headquarters in Tampa and office in Orlando, our firm works thoughout the state. We have appraised flex properties throughout the state of Florida from the panhandle to southeast Florida. We have also appraised flex properties in Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina, Illinois, and Connecticut. Our appraisers maintain State Certified General Appraiser licenses in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
